(一)地材施工前地面预检项目及标准

(a) material before the construction of ground pre project and standard

1)强度

1) strength

细石砼找平层(或水泥砂浆)强度等级大于C20，用硬度测试仪检测结果应是地坪表面硬度不低于1.2兆帕。细石砼找平层(或水泥砂浆)不得空鼓、裂缝、起砂。

The strength grade of the fine stone concrete leveling layer (or cement mortar) is greater than C20, and the hardness tester test result should be that the surface hardness of the floor is not less than 1.2 MPa. Fine stone concrete leveling layer (or cement mortar) not hollowing, cracks, sand.

2m范围内高低误差在3mm内(2m长检测尺检测)。

施工前应确保地面干燥，砼或水泥砂浆找平层至少超过终凝养护期28天，使用CNN含水率测试仪检测基层的含水率应小于3%。

卫生间、洗涮间、开水间等可能长期接触水的部位，墙地面应做好防水层(防水层上墙高度不低于30cm)。卫生间、洗涮间、开水间等地面标高应低于其它部位地面标高3-5cm。底层楼面地坪，土建方(或装饰方)应做好防潮层。

其它地面材料交界处(地毯、大理石、木地板、地砖等)高差应在负4-6mm之内。亚麻油地材铺设前门扇底至地面留缝H≥10mm。

地材施工禁止交叉施工。地材进场施工，应安排在所有前期工序均已完工退场后进行或最后涂装前进行。

地材施工，每道工序都有一定的养护期，且后期施工较精细。为保证施工质量，必须保证足够施工工期。

(二)基层处理：地坪打磨清洁

(two) grass-roots treatment: floor grinding and cleaning

砼地面在铺设地板之前，必须用砂浆C15提前28天-35天找平，找平高度比地面设计高度低5mm，找平层表面应为光面。基础地面需干净，无油脂和脱模剂，找平层必须有足够的承载力，不能有裂缝、空鼓和起砂现象。施工期间应保持所有需铺设亚麻油地板的地面干燥。与其它材料连接的地方，其他地面需先安装好，做到好接边的处理，以保证接口的平整。地板的施工通常在内装最后的工序进行，避免交叉施工。
