| 舞蹈室PVC塑胶运动地板安装常识 Installation of PVC plastic sports floor in dance room 1.施工的地面基层必须清洁，持久干燥，且没有裂缝。混凝土地面含水率不得超过2.5%，石膏地面含水率不得超过0.5%。 1. The ground base of construction must be clean, dry and free of cracks. The moisture content of concrete floor shall not exceed 2.5%, and that of gypsum floor shall not exceed 0.5%. 2.地板铺设之前，必须提前展开平铺在铺设地面24小时以上，且现场温度不低于15℃，板还原后再安装。 2. Before the floor is laid, it must be spread out and laid on the ground for more than 24 hours in advance, and the site temperature shall not be lower than 15 ℃, and the Board shall be installed after being restored. 地板安装方式：分活动式安装、固定式安装、焊接。 Floor installation mode: divided into movable installation, fixed installation and welding. 1.活动式安装：地板与地板之间底部用专用连接带粘结成一体，地板与地面不粘接，以方便将来移动。 1. Brush 15cm adhesive inward on the ground based on the edge line of the floor. 3.焊接热焊法：地板焊接前先用手工或机器在地面表面开槽，开槽处必须清理干净，热焊时的温度不低于500℃，焊接可采用全自动设备或者人工操作。正式焊接前，先用一小段线来测试一下焊接时适当的温度和速度，焊缝处冷却后分两步出去多余的焊线，先用月牙铲，铲掉焊线突起部分的一半，待焊线充分冷却后，铲去余下部分。 3. Welding hot welding method: before floor welding, groove shall be made on the ground surface by hand or machine, and the groove shall be cleaned up. The temperature during hot welding shall not be lower than 500 ℃, and the welding can be conducted by full-automatic equipment or manual operation. Before formal welding, a small section of wire shall be used to test the appropriate temperature and speed during welding. After the weld is cooled, the redundant welding wire shall be removed in two steps. First, the half of the protruding part of the welding wire shall be removed with a crescent shovel. After the welding wire is fully cooled, the remaining part shall be removed. |
