1、 为避免带有沙粒的鞋底擦伤塑胶地板，建议在大门的进出口处铺设防尘地垫，阻止鞋底的砂粒带入。

2、及时清除地板表面的砂粒，坚硬杂物。地板应每天用尘推清除表面的灰尘。（最好用沾上静电吸尘剂的尘推擦拭，喷在尘推上的静电吸尘剂不要太多，用水捏，有点潮湿感为宜。）

3、避免60摄氏度以上的物品直接接触地面，以防引起变形及留下焦痕。如地面被未熄灭的烟蒂烫伤则无法修复。如果只有一点焦痕，可用300目以上的水磨砂纸精心打磨，去除印迹，再涂敷一层自发亮的乳液。（如透明无色的脂甲油）

4、不要浸水。尤其是茶水、果汁、咖啡等。如有水渍，应立即擦干，并用清水擦拭。（长期水迹浸泡会变色）如果地面被西红柿、醋、芥末污染，可在水中加数滴氨水擦拭即可清除污垢。去污的最佳时机是在污点未干透之前用抹布抹去，然后用清水清洗地面。

(long traces of water immersion will change) if the ground is tomatoes, vinegar and mustard in water pollution, can wipe the addend drops of ammonia to remove dirt. 5、 严禁用含有强酸碱的劣质清洗剂清洗地面（包括洁厕灵）同时也严禁用汽油、稀料等强有机溶剂清洗地面，以免损伤地面。
