1、进场首先要对地基进行考察，了解清楚地基的情况、地基的性质，地基所用材质类型，制订出相应方案。

2、使用温度湿度计检测温湿度，室内温度以及地表温度以15℃为宜，不应在5℃以下及30℃以上施工。宜于施工的相对空气湿度应界于20%-75%之间。

3、除去油漆，胶水等残留物，凸起和疏松的地块，有空鼓的地块也必须去除

4、用不小于2000瓦的工业吸尘器对地坪进行吸尘清洁。

5、刷底油，必须使涂层均匀涂于地表，对吸收特别强的地域必须反复涂刷，待整个表面泛出均匀的光泽为准。干燥时间以手触地面无湿润、粘手为止，该时间随温度变化而变化，必须以手感为准，切忌过夜或干燥成灰白色；
