1、塑胶跑道铺设竣工后应有至少三天的养护期

2、排水要畅通

3、塑胶跑道边缘应加以保护，严禁任意掀动、拉扯，如发现道牙损坏应及时修补，

4、运动员在比赛时必须穿戴专业运动鞋，鞋钉长度不易超过6mm

5、塑胶跑道只做训练和比赛用，不易做其他用途

7、保持清洁，高温天气建议用自来水冲洗降温以提高使用寿命
