将地板专清洁剂（请依说明书使用）泼洒在地板上，先用打蜡机将地板上的脏东西磨掉后，再用干拖把将脏水拖干，再用清水将地擦干净。（若无打蜡机时，可用其它工具取代，小心的将污垢磨掉）。

等干净后，再将水性蜡倒入干净的干拖把上，将蜡均匀涂布于地板上即可。

上蜡后约需20分钟左右，让地板表面风干，等干后才可踩踏于上面可用电风扇辅助吹干以缩短时间，一般经过打蜡后约需几小时才会完全干。如有重物要移动须等蜡完全干后才能搬动，如此即可保地板之光亮。
